Field Supervisor
We are seeking a Field Supervisor, preferably someone that has experience in Homecare. Our Field
Supervisor provides routine supervisory visits to Clients' homes ensuring the quality of care and needs of the Clients are being met.
If chosen for this role, you will provide “on the job” training to employees, report any areas of concern and
promptly resolve all issues should they arise.
Care Giver

Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities

Monitor and report changes in patient health status

Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients

Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages

Qualifications:

Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields

Positive and patient demeanor

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to handle physical workload
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
